Spotted!

I had a little free time last week and went crazy making cards with some of my scraps... Here is one!
I love the new Medium Jewelry Tag Punch from the Occasions Mini catalog! It's so tiny and cute! I used an old alphabet set to stamp the sentiment, the paper is just scraps of old In Color colors and the Kraft was ran through Jeanne's Big Shot to get the texture! Love it!

Most Recent Cards!!

This is a fun birthday card using a new Sale-a-bration set: Happy Moments (REMEMBER... for every $50 you spend at Stampin' Up! through the 31st of March, you get FREE stamps!!! Just shop at my business website: http://www.stampforever.stampinup.net/) This card is Real Red with Kraft and Whisper White. I stamped the cake in Basic Black and then colored the flowers with a Real Red Marker. Then, I had to add some Dazzling Diamonds glitter! Cute!

Here's a cutie! I just love this fun set from the Occasions Mini! It's Something Sweet and you can purchase it through April 30th. I love it 'cause it's sooooo versatile! You can use any color combinations you want for whatever purpose you need! You can also use the Round Treat Cups instead of stamping the circle and fill it with REAL gumballs! How cute, right!! I just kept it simple tonight, but there is so much you could do with this set!! I used a So Saffron card with Real Red and Whisper White. The Top Note was punched with some random patterned paper- not SU!

This is the Valentine card I made for my Sweetheart! I love the way it turned out. It's pretty awesome. I used the hearts from the I {Heart} Hearts set in the Occasion Mini. I also used the gorgeous Medallion stamp and the Wood grain background set. The sentiment is from the Tiny Tags set, also in the Occasions Mini. I punched a top note from some red scrap paper then cut it in half. The inks are Rose Red, Basic Black and Basic Brown. The Real Red hearts were punched with the Heart to Heart punch. I also used the new Scallop Trim Border punch from the Sale-a-bration catalog (You can get it FREE! Just spend $50!!) and the Scallop Trim Corner punch from the Occasion Mini to punch out the little Whisper White piece with the sentiment on it. I just love how it turned out. Very lovely!

Gift Box

This was a fun project! I re-purposed a frosting container by covering it with paper and decorating the top! I used this to wrap a gift for a baby shower I attended! It turned out so cute and the little girl sleeper fit inside perfectly! So fun! I love looking at containers that our food comes in and trying to reuse them in fun ways! Frosting containers are some of my favorites! I also use Crystal Light containers and butter tubs... Take a look around and see what you can recycle!

January Five for $5 Cards!!! #1

We had so much fun with these Valentine themed cards this month!! Yay!!
This first one was very simple - but very cute!! I made the card base with Whisper White and used the Corner Rounder punch for the bottom corners. I then punched five hearts from different patterned papers (no name) with the Full Heart punch. Then I simply embellished them- using glitter, string, a Prima flower and a stamp from the All Holidays stamp set- before mounting them! Easy peasy!
Hope you like the rest from this month!

January Five for $5 - Card #2

Loved this one!! I used Bermuda Bay for the card and a retired stamp from Love and Joy to make the swirlies around the edge in Bermuda Bay ink. The red Top Note I punched out at Jeanne's with the FABULOUS Big Shot! I really need to get one!! The red paper is just some no-name stuff I was trying to use up! I then punched a Full Heart from Pretty in Pink and a Scallop Circle from Whisper White. I cut the scallop in half and, using the Crop-o-dile, placed the eyelets in! So fun! Then I just glued it on and stamped the sentiment (retired - For a Friend) and added the glitter - Dazzling Diamonds - with the 2 way glue pen! Cute!!

January Five for $5 - Card #3

This cute card was made from Real Red cardstock. I made a 3x3 square of Kraft paper and punched out a Full Heart. Then I punched a Full Heart from Pretty in Pink and glued them done (trimming off the heart edge to make it flush). I then punched the cute little Raccoon from the Love Bandit stamp set (Occasion Mini) in Basic Black on Whisper White. I colored him in with a Close to Cocoa marker and colored his little heart with a Pretty in Pink marker before putting some Crystal Effects over the heart. The white is punched with the Curly Label punch and the sentiment is also fromt he Love Bandit set - LOVE it!! I also used my white gel pen to add the accents around the square (before gluing down the raccoon piece!)

January 5 for $5 - Card #4

I got this idea from someone's blog... but I can't find the link!! Grrr! Oh well! It is adorable! Thanks!
I used a Taken with Teal card base, which I punched the Scallop Edge punch along the bottom. The fishies are in Pumpkin Pie, stamped with the Delightful Decorations stamp set and punched with the Ornament punch! You then make the tails and the lips with hearts punched with the Heart to Heart punch! The eyes are just your standard hole punch and the eyelashes are drawn on! I used the Small Heart punch for the Real Red hearts and the bubbles were from the Something Sweet set from the new Occasions Mini! I, of course, had to glitter them using the 2-way glue pen. The sentiment is from the You and Moi? Stamp set, stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink, punched with the Large Oval and layered over a bit of patterned paper punched with the Scallop Oval. I think that about covers it! Go make some!!

January Five for $5 - Card #5

This cute little card was my favorite!! I just love the yellow and red! I used So Saffron for the card. The Top Note was punched out at Jeanne's on her Big Shot! Real Red for the layers and Whisper White for the stamped pieces. The stamp set is Something Sweet from the Occasions Mini (118589) and a heart from the I {heart} Hearts set (118571) - also from the Occasions Mini! The ink I used: Basic Black, Real Red, Pretty in Pink and Regal Rose. I also used a bunch of punches: Small Heart, Scallop Oval and Large Oval, and Corner Rounder. The Red Gingham ribbon just adds a nice touch! Very fun Valentine's card!
