I made this Tire Thank You for my husband to give to a woman at work who had helped him get a really great deal on new tires for his beat-up car. It turned out pretty cute!
Cardstock: Basic Black, Gray paper (not SU!)
Ink: Glaze Gel Pen (not SU!)
ETC: Circle Cutter, Square punch (for notches), Stampin' Pastels
