I made this card for a friend of my son who has had a birthday recently. He loves pirates and skeletons... The stamp is from the Scary Skeleton set (113244- $13.95) and the party hat was from a retired set but the ones from Party Hearty (111532- $26.95) would work too! I punched the red with the Scallop border punch (112091- $15.95) from Ruby Red cardstock. I stamped the skeleton with white Craft ink(101731- $7.50) and then filled a cotton ball with White Stampin' Pastel chalk (105542-$24.95) and patted it on. Craft ink takes forever to dry and is very messy but putting the chalk over it helps a lot! The sentiment is from the All Holidays set (114916 -$34.95) stamped in Ruby Red ink (102259- $5.95).
